This program is designed to help our teenagers gain poise and confidence in a variety of social settings, from the basics of properly introducing themselves and others, to showing proper respect, and displaying confidence and ease with proper table manners.
This course is designed to work well with individuals or groups, and is for both boys and girls. The program works best over the course of 4 weeks: one hour per week, or a program tailored to your needs. In addition to English, our programs can be taught in Spanish or French.
The course includes:
- Importance of greeting and exiting
- First rules of introductions
- Correct handshake and eye contact
- House rules at home and at other people’s homes
- Thank you notes
- Phone etiquette
- And more…

- Passing food
- Soup manners
- Table talk
- Setting a proper table
- Do’s and don’ts of dining
This program includes a certificate of accomplishment.
Lessons will be directed and will include role-playing if more than one student.
Students should come properly dressed for “the occasion”. No shorts, flip-flops or baseball caps.
